The official Covid-19 hotline is extremely busy already handling various people in fear including medical professionals. Emotional imbalance often leads to harmful behaviour. Yet people have different needs when it comes to psychological support.


We’ve consulted with trusted mental health institutions and various people in crisis. Based on gathered input we’re building a toolkit of three-level support to make you feel better while facing emotional imbalance. It will cover breathing exercises, instant community support and video meetings with certified mental health professionals.
